All visitors are required to comply with the applicable laws and regulations while using the entire area of the Grow Zone gym.
Entry to the gym is only permitted with prior registration. Service fees must be paid in advance, either online or upon entry.
By completing and signing the Entry Declaration, and by purchasing a day pass or any type of membership, the person (hereinafter referred to as the Guest) accepts the provisions of the Grow Zone Gym’s House Rules and General Terms and Conditions, and acknowledges that compliance is monitored by the gym staff.
Grow Zone entry passes can be purchased online or in person exclusively by card payment.
By completing and signing the Entry Declaration, the Guest consents to the recording of their personal data in the electronic access control system (motibro.com). The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes and processes such data strictly in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy, solely for defined purposes.
The Guest acknowledges that upon expiration of a membership, any unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be transferred to a new membership or refunded.
Memberships cannot be extended or suspended, even with a medical certificate.
The sports and hospitality services of the Grow Zone gym are available only during opening hours. Guests are required to leave the premises in due time, taking closing hours into account.
All Guests must comply with the House Rules and maintain cleanliness within the gym. Respectful and civilized behavior toward other Guests is a basic expectation.
Smoking, alcohol or drug consumption, the use of banned performance-enhancing substances, and any activity outside the scope of the gym’s services, violating the law or public morals, are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Commercial, advertising, promotional activities, as well as audio or video recording, are prohibited without the Operator’s prior permission.
The Operator assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items on the premises, including but not limited to items left in locker rooms. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables. Found items must be handed in at the reception with proper documentation.
All services, machines, and sports equipment are used at the Guest’s own responsibility and risk. Participation in any type of training is at one’s own responsibility.
Entry to sports areas is permitted only in clean sportswear suitable for athletic activity.
The use of clean indoor sports shoes (closed athletic footwear) is mandatory throughout the entire facility. For safety and hygiene reasons, training in slippers, sandals, or barefoot is not permitted. Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited. Staff members are entitled to warn or expel Guests who fail to comply with these rules.
Gym machines and equipment may only be used for their intended purposes.
The use of a towel while using equipment is recommended.
Only drinks in sealed plastic bottles are allowed in sports areas. All other beverages and items are strictly prohibited. Food may only be consumed in designated areas.
Guests aged 14–18 may only use the gym under parental supervision.
Any damage caused by a minor is the responsibility of the minor’s legal guardian.
All items provided to the Guest upon entry (locker key, sports equipment, towels, etc.) must be returned to the reception in full upon departure. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for these items. In the event of losing a locker key, a compensation fee of HUF 5,000 must be paid.
The Operator reserves the right to organize private events or group classes in the entire gym or certain areas, excluding general Guests.
For the safety of persons and property, the Grow Zone gym operates a video surveillance system in guest areas.
In the event of rule violations (breach of these House Rules or generally accepted standards of behavior), the Guest will receive a warning. If ineffective, the Operator reserves the right to request the Guest to leave the premises or exclude them from membership temporarily or permanently. An expelled Guest may not make any claims against the Operator.
The House Rules and their appendices are available to all Guests at the reception and can be viewed or downloaded from www.growzone.hu.
The Operator reserves the right to modify or supplement the House Rules at any time.
